    Vice President - Finance & Admin

    Responsibilities

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy.
    • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
    • Prepare management accounts, board reports, audited financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory returns.
    • Manage treasury operations, liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships.
    • Drive cost optimization, profitability, and working capital management initiatives.
    • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks.
    • Supervise administration, procurement, vendor management, and operational functions.
    • Support technology and business process improvement initiatives.
    • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while driving a culture of accountability and high performance.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making, business growth, and investment opportunities.
    • Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, tax authorities, investors, and other key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.
    • MBA, MSc Finance, MSc Accounting, or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 12–15 years post-NYSC experience in Finance, Treasury, Operations, or Corporate Leadership roles.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management or Executive Leadership position.
    • Strong experience in treasury, liquidity, and financial management.
    • Experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets, Investment Management, Asset Management, Stockbroking, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
    • SEC Sponsorship experience is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
