Job Summary

• This role is key to ensuring that all employees, vendors, and contractors meet organizational and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background checks and vetting for new hires, vendors, and contractors.
• Verify employment history, guarantor information, educational records, and reference checks.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies, labor laws, and security industry regulations.
• Draft and maintain compliance reports for management review.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in vetting, compliance, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
