UX Research Intern at Crevtus

The Role

• A full-time remote UX Researcher with a record of work that shows an ability to discover what people truly need when interacting with a brand or digital product.

Who You Are

• You love what you do and are not satisfied with the bare minimum when conducting research for a website or the new identity for a brand.
• You are empathetic with the sole mission of understanding the needs of the person we’re designing for. You want to know what makes people interact with a brand, visit a website or the real reason for scrolling through an app at 2 AM.
• You’re also determined to always be the best version of yourself by taking on new challenges and improving your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in client meetings to deeply understand what they want to create.
• Perform target audience research and create user personas & stories.
• Recruit participants for research studies.
• Conduct interviews with people to draw insights.
• Perform usability studies with people we’re designing for.
• Analyze research findings to produce understandable and actionable insights.
• Present and comfortably defend your research findings and recommendations.
• Ensure websites and identities created comply with our quality standards.
• Be the user’s champion when communicating with designers and developers throughout the project.
• Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes in the industry’s standards.

Your Forte

• Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
• Empathy.
• Background in UX Research.
• Proficiency in using UX research and remote testing tools.
• Familiarity with UX research methods and the ability to decide the best choice in different scenarios.
• Quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Perfect Presentation Skills.
• Strong Communication and Writing Skills.
• Good grasp of research-associated costs.
