UI/UX Copywriter at First Excelsia

Our client, an innovative research and development company with trail blazing products in the education and health sectors is recruiting to fill the position of a UI/UX Copywriter.

In this role, the ideal candidate will work extensively with design/product team to strategise, research, test and create content and product(s) with a creative user interface to guide users through easy-to-use customer experience.

To be successful in this role the candidate must possess good verbal & written communication skill, good computer skill, ability to design creatively, knowledge of Adobe products and essential customer analysis ability.

Job Description:

• Work with the UI design team to create a creative user interphase with easy-to-use customer experience.
• Work closely with product engineers and other product team members to suggest improvements for product(s) and processes
• Create a content development & delivery plan and manage the successful implementation of the plan
• Design scalable structures and systems to aid a large amount of content comprehension.
• Conduct usability tests on each independent page on the company’s platforms and create a report template for adjustment
• Develop mockups and interaction flow to provide guide for design/product team
• Prepare a simple navigation, page routing and product page design alongside the product/design team
• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams and researchers to create language systems across different contexts which includes editorial content and help texts.

Person Specification:

• 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Copywriter, Product Designer or similar role.
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree from a recognised institution
• Journalism or Editorial experience or background will be an added advantage.
