Job Summary

Oyemesi Specialist Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Typist to assist with medical documentation, reports, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential medical information with professionalism. 

Job Responsibilities

• Type and format medical reports, correspondence, and other documents. 
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all typed materials. 
• Maintain and organize hospital records and patient files. 
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to handle documentation needs. 
• Proofread and edit documents for errors before submission. 
• Assist with general clerical duties as needed. 

 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Typist or in a similar role. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and typing software. 
• Fast and accurate typing skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital records. 
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
