    Truck Force Supervisor

    Role Purpose

    • A hands-on technical role focused on tyre maintenance, tyre inspection, and tyre performance management for commercial truck and bus fleets.
    • The primary requirement is practical tyre maintenance and tyre inspection experience — this is not a general Fleet Supervisor or Vehicle Maintenance position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct complete wheel/tyre inspections, fleet tyre inspections, and scrap tyre inspections
    • Identify tyre-related maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
    • Train customer personnel on tyre maintenance
    • Provide technical support to the Sales team
    • Conduct product and tyre performance evaluations
    • Report competitor and market information
    • Lead the Truck Force team and service activities

    Minimum Requirements (Essential)

    • Practical, hands-on tyre maintenance and tyre inspection experience is mandatory
    • Experience in tyre management, tyre service, or fleet tyre operations
    • Experience with commercial truck/bus tyre maintenance
    • Background in Truck Force operations or similar tyre service environments
    • Ability to conduct scrap tyre inspections and identify tyre-related issues
    • Strong technical knowledge of tyre products, wear patterns, and performance
    • Preferred backgrounds: Tyre manufacturers/distributors, tyre service companies, OTR/industrial tyre operations.
