Job Description

• Transporting finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.
• Drive and operate trucks.
• Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
• Pre-inspect trucks on daily basis.
• Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in truck driving.
• Not more than 35 years of age
• Professional driving record
• Listening and verbal communication skills
