Treasury Manager at Pushresume NG

Our client, a leader in assembling, distributing and marketing of Electronics and Home Appliances in Nigeria, seek to engage suitable candidates for the position below:

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Efficiently measure and manage the treasury function of the organization
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments and analyzing various scenarios and risks and report to the senior management
• Forecast the medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements
• Daily cash management
• Debt facilities management
• Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
• Develop and monitor Treasury operations policies and ensuring compliance with the organization’s internal controls, policies & procedures.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts, daily bank deposits, daily POS transactions and petty cash transactions.

Education/ Professional Qualification

• A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other related field. A Post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Should be a Member/Fellow of a recognized Accounting professional body: ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, etc.

Experience:     

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Treasury Management with 5 years at Management/Leadership levels.
• Industry or previous work experience in a retail/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunication or Manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts, cash flow analysis and building financial models.
