Our Client, a Luxury 5-Star restaurant with years of experience in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. They currently looking to hire a Travels/ Visa Personnel In Lagos and Abuja.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with booking air travel tickets (local and international flights), tours, airport transfers, and hotels for the company.
• Visa Processing.
• Arrange travel for business and vacation for the company.
• Ensure all bookings and reservations are processed accurately.
• Find fare and schedule information.
• Calculate total travel costs.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
• Providing up-to-date advice on travel regulations, including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
• Filing, photocopying, and general administrative duties.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven work experience in a Travel Agency.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
