- Travel Arrangements and Travel Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Leisure & Business Travel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems - Galileo & Amadeus
- Professional Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
