Travel Explorer Limited is an emerging Travel Agency-based business selling flights, hotels, Airport Transfer, Package tours, and offering corporate travel management services. We have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team in a Sales & Marketing capacity.

You must be an enthusiastic and energetic candidate with a proven track record of generating commercial opportunities from various business sector or industry. You must be hard-working, ambitious and motivated with a passion for travel sales and the confidence required to go out and hunt for new business

Person Specification:

Female candidate preferred with:

• Demonstrable experience in the air travel industry sector or similar is essential
• Proven track record of generating new business is essential
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience of devising an effective sales strategy and growing market share
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• Personable, professional and outgoing
• A passion for sales
• Valid Driving Licence if availabe.

Job Duties:

• Bringing on new business and individual clients
• Generating new opportunities using a variety of methods
• Networking and building relationships
• Delivering sales targets
• Reporting to Team Leader with commercial forecasting process on monthly basis
• Account managing clients for repeat business
• Introducing new product ranges and promotions to existing clients
• Attending trade shows, events and exhibitions to demonstrate products
• Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Sending leads information and contact to back office for follow up and conversions
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product appeal to the target market
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

Educational qualification

Minimum of OND in a recognised institution.

Work Experience

Previous experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
