Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to oversee daily travel operations, manage clients, lead staff, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel operations
- Supervise ticketing & reservations staff
- Manage key clients and handle escalations
- Drive sales and business growth
- Support digital marketing and lead conversion.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience working in a travel agency
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations
- Excellent customer service experience
- Computer literate (email, MS Office, booking systems)
- Digital marketing experience (social media, WhatsApp marketing)
- Leadership and team management skills.
