    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to understand travel products, services, and destinations.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Must have strong attention to detail and abiliW to multitask.
    • Ability to handle complex travel arrangements and unexpected issues.
    • Effective time mana ementto meet deadlines and handle multiple gookings.

    • Proficiency in travel software, GDS, (Galileo or Amadeus)
    • Travel-related certifications like IATA etc
    • Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field.
