This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel and Tours Operations Manager.
The prerequisite for this position of an Operations Manager is that the applicant must be experienced and knowledgeable in Visa Processing, travels, tours, hotel reservations or booking, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the travel and tours Subsidiary company.
This includes coordinating travel arrangements, managing bookings and requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Visa Processing expertise is prerequisite.
Experience in the travel and tours industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of travel booking systems and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Customer service-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
