Training School Administrator at a Reputable Company

A Training School located in Port Harcourt is looking for the services of a School Administrator.

Such Personnel must be a self-starter, highly motivated, good charisma, and who have core experience in running the affairs of a school on a day-to-day basis etc.

Successful personnel will undergo an orientation to be acquainted with School’s deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily school operations and overseeing training/support staff.
• Managing training budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Creating a positive learning environment. 
• Strategic planning, developing and monitoring of curriculum
• Hiring and ensuring trainers are up to date with modern trends and knowledge.
• Serving as a liaison between the school, and students, community members, and regulatory bodies.
• Developing Weekly plan and reports.

Qualifications/Skills required:

• Proven teaching experience in the education sector is a must.
• Strong drive for excellence, self-starter, strong work ethics etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn fast and replicate what has been learnt.
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Good interpersonal and communicative skills.
• National Diploma as a minimum.
