Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Assistant, based in Kaduna and Abuja. The Training Assistant will source for security guards applicants, support training and development programs, assist in organizing sessions.
• Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and assisting trainers during sessions, maintaining training materials. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Military/Security Agent background is an advantage
• Experience in security training & development and training delivery techniques
• Strong Communication in English and Hausa
• Proficiency in Organization Skills, including scheduling and materials management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in multitasking, with attention to detail and time management
• Very good computer skills in report writing
• Familiarity with security operations or similar industries is a plus
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
