Trainer - Dynamics 365 at eRecruiter Nigeria

Our client is a global professional Tech-Training company. They currently have an opening for a Trainer - Dynamics 365

Profile:

• Design, develop and deliver highly effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 end-user training.
• Create and maintain an approved Dynamics 365 training presentation, handouts, and any other required training materials.
• Assist with the uploading of training videos into an LMS (Learning Management System).
• Deliver lecture-style with some occasional one-on-one Executive training.
• Experience creating and delivering IT end-user training curriculum
• Highly proficient with MS Dynamics 365 and Office 2016, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrated strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Experience with web-based Learning Management Systems
• Ability to create web-based surveys to evaluate effectiveness of training and utilize relevant data to support recommendations for curriculum modifications
• Familiarity with latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 product functionality and any updates released.
• Instructors/Trainers need to have strong experience in delivering training in cloud technologies with a minimum of 300 hours.
• Customer service and pre-sales skills because their primary responsibility is to ensure their clients' needs are met.
• They also need analytical skills because they have to review a lot of information that they use to make their recommendations.
• Problem-solving skills are important because their client may have unique needs and require customized learning needs.
• Trainers must have strong communication and facilitating skills so that they can effectively deliver the training.
• Consultancy experience in the specific technical field.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Project management experience
• One or more PMP/CAMP/ITIL/SIXSIGMA/SCRUM certification is desirable
• Prove Digital Transformation project experience or/and Knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
