Trading Officer at Olowo Ex Pay

A trading officer is responsible for managing digital exchange services between the company and her clients. He or she performs other functions in relation to customer services and book keeping .

Core responsibilities 

1. Perform exchange transactions with clients and ensure customers derive optimal satisfaction from trading experience. 
2. Ensure adequate documentation of work data through book keeping. 
3. Manage customers services and other enquiries. 
4. Promote company’s brand through marketing efforts . 
5. Perform other functions as may be necessary in the line of work.  

Key Requirements :

1. Must possess educational qualifications ranging from ND/HND/BSC.
2. Good knowledge of microsoft office tools and internet applications
3. Detailed and target oriented with goal mindset
4. Excellent team spirit and communications skill
5. Good human relations and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Exceptionally smart and proactive
