• We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trade Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand visibility and retail performance across Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), and E-commerce channels.
• The ideal candidate will execute trade marketing initiatives, manage retail activations, and ensure our products stand out on shelves through creative visibility and data-driven trade campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement trade marketing plans and visibility programs across TT, MT, and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and POS material deployment to drive consumer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance at retail level.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and distribution teams to deliver seamless trade execution.
• Support sales with channel insights, promotional effectiveness tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellence in in-store visibility and activation delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 4 - 6 years experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or Field Sales, preferably in Cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, shopper marketing, and channel dynamics.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical reporting skills.
• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to travel within Nigeria.
