Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on trade trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Monitor market pricing, distribution patterns, and product availability.
• Track and report government policies, tariffs, and regulations affecting trade.
• Analyze competitor sales, promotions, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Evaluate performance of trade channels (distributors, wholesalers, and retailers).
• Identify market gaps, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular intelligence reports and market performance updates.
• Provide forecasts and trend analysis to support sales and marketing decisions.
• Advise the sales and marketing team on effective positioning and promotions.
• Recommend improvements in distribution efficiency and customer engagement.
• Track effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns.
• Measure ROI on trade activities and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or related field.
• 4-5years of experience
• Strong trade intelligence and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
