We are looking for a skilled Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, primarily loaders, to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. 

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines strictly at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Requirements 

• Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
