    Tour Operator

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator at Allicom Travels in Lagos.
    • The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and arranging guided tours, providing travel and tourism assistance to customers, managing reservations, and driving sales in the travel industry.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in organizing and conducting guided tours
    • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to manage reservations efficiently
    • Sales experience in the travel industry

    Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of local attractions and tourist destinations
    • Proficiency in handling travel-related software and systems
    • Fluency in multiple languages
    • Previous experience in a similar role
