Our client, a travel Management Company located in the heart of ABUJA needs to fill the role of a TICKETING & RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Ability to use the Amadeus and/or Galileo Global Distribution System is a core prerequisite.
• Manage air travel ticketing and reservations.
• Handle changes and cancellations for air travel bookings.
• Provide clients with the best travel options based on their needs and preferences.
• Proactively inform and advise clients on changes in immigration rules and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of travel documents.
• Oversee travel documents and visa processing for clients.
• Review clients' travel documentation.
• Assist clients with completing online visa applications.
• Ensure timely submission and collection of visa applications.
• Communicate effectively with embassies and travel service providers.
• Assist the sales team in cross-selling and upselling services.
• Ensure adherence to business and client contracts.
• Report on monthly activities and progress.
