Tender Notice Capture: Identify the tender opportunities with search tools.
Tender Notice Analysis: Understand the tender notice demand and characteristics, review the participation documents.
Bid Participation: Participate in electronic bids, follow up on bidding chat and submit bids. Assist face-to-face bids with documentation and permits.
Ensure accurate tender documentation and keep track of certificate validity.
Invoice: Follow up the reception of invoice from tenders, updating information for billing and track up the consumption of the cosigned devices at tender contracts, looking for the main reasons for loss.
Follow up with finance team customers.
Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Assist in the management of data related to the tendering process
Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts
Stay abreast of and communicate any changes in contractual requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field. Some positions may require a Master's degree, especially for more senior roles.
Proven experience in tendering, procurement, or a related field.
Familiarity with the tendering process and relevant regulations.
Cognate experience in preparing, managing, and submitting tenders successfully.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and research skills for understanding tender requirements.
Negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and partners.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tender documentation.
Project management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
