Job Summary

• Generate and convert leads by upselling and cross-selling ARM’s products and services.  
• Provide support to the Business Development Team within your location 
• Project a professional company image through phone interactions

Job Details

• Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better 
• Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings 
• Preparing client presentations and materials 
• Meeting new and existing clients via call platforms 
• Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email, and meetings 
• Working with senior team members to share ideas on how to win new business and service clients 
• Sell Mutual Funds products. Cross sell and upsell 
• Reactivate Dormant accounts and reduce existing by 10%

Requirements

Educational Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
• Fixed pay + Variable Salary (to be determined by business)
