Telesale / Customer Service Representative at Pennylender Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Customer Service and Telesales Representative located in Lagos.
• The Customer Service and Telesales representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, making sales and meeting targets for our Public Sector loan product, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer service experience.
• This role includes both inbound and outbound telephone communication to foster customer relationships and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc., HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Telesales
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining Phone Etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role in a financial institution, Fintech is a must.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
• Preference: Female
