    Telemarketing Manager

As we continue to expand our market reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our dynamic telemarketing team.


    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage a team of telemarketing representatives, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
    • Set clear sales targets, performance goals, and KPIs for the team, driving them to achieve and exceed sales objectives: Provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.

    Telemarketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute telemarketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and expand our customer base.
    • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and enhanced sales conversion.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with the company's sales and marketing objectives.
    • Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that telemarketing representatives adhere to compliance and quality standards in all customer interactions.
    • Regularly review call recordings to provide constructive feedback and maintain service excellence.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyse telemarketing KPIs and sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    • Maximize lead conversion rates through effective follow-up and customer engagement.


    • Proven experience of at least 3 -5 years as a Telemarketing Manager or similar role as a call center Manager, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful telemarketing campaigns.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • In-depth knowledge of telemarketing techniques, compliance regulations, and best practices.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Results-oriented and proactive in driving sales growth and performance improvement.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
