Applicant must have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a telemarketer / customer service executive.
Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Experience in dealing with complaints and doubts. Candidate should be confident, friendly yet professional with impressive communication skills.
They MUST have proven experience in successfully presenting products or services over the phone and closing deals, with quantitative record.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Engage, maintain and develop business opportunities and relationships with existing and prospective customers in person, via telephone calls or emails
• Respond promptly to all incoming email and phone enquiries; provide informed advice to customers on forthcoming service or product developments and discuss special promotions
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate & close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections from customers
• Prepare and deliver detailed and targeted presentations or proposal documents on the company’s products and services
