JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acting as the first point of contact for the company
• Answering customer information about the brand
• Obtaining customer information such as name and address for record keeping
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records of customer contacts
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
• Providing timely support to customers and resolving all complaints that may arise
• Obtaining customer details and booking verification appointments with host
• Scheduling and booking verification appointments for verification officers (team)
• Drafting content for emails, sms and newsletters to be approved by the marketing team
• Sending out bulk sms, mails, newsletters to prospective and active customers
• Handling WhatsApp marketing
• Cold-calling, generating leads and maintaining records of potential customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Proven experience in telemarketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage different stakeholders
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
