Job Description

• We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Telecommunication Engineers to join our dynamic team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of telecommunication systems and networks to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable communication services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain telecommunication systems (wired, wireless, and satellite).
• Conduct network configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and maintain fiber optics, microwave links, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration projects.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in telecommunication systems, network design, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, GSM, VoIP, RF, and IP networking.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication and networking tools/software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
