Envision, conceptualize idea as well as translate complex workflow process into clear project documents in accordance with client’s expectations.
Performs analytical activities, such as business case development, benefits realization, process mapping and service improvements towards the realization of project objectives.
Demonstrate experience in translating customer business requirements and expectations into workable world-class presentations and technical proposal and other related project documents.
Implement concepts, idea and corporate plans in accordance with business rules and policies.
Manages and coordinates priorities between projects or within a program that requires critical thinking and complex problem-solving.
Leads and communicates project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.
Lead, assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
Responsible for the management of project and products, including guiding team to achieve milestones, reviewing progress, communicating priorities and reporting status.
Plans, organizes, directs, controls and delivers complex projects and/or programs prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Projects may include multiple technology disciplines and/or significant business process re-engineering efforts.
Manages projects through the creation of project plans, resource management, project coordination and project communication and documentation
Support the corporate strategic vision for process and product optimization with a focus on how to utilize data to achieve exceptional growth through data standardization and information management.
Communicate with stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis, providing visibility and insight on policy changes, data issues, improved contingencies and corrective action plans as required.
Conduct research on business requirements and analysis in identifying new products and existing products enhancement.
Conduct client interaction for system requirements gathering and accounts management
Document and implement software functional specifications and top-level system architecture.
Demonstrate expertise for strong client management engagement with chief executives and high ranking public officials.
Provide leadership to teams and cross-functional teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, or Statistics
Minimum of 4- 5 years’ experience in related fields.
2+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or management consulting
2+ years of people management experience - building and developing teams
MBA certification is an added advantage
PMP or any related professional certification is an added advantage
Fundamental knowledge concepts, common industry-standard business practices and procedures of data management.
Advanced knowledge of data management and data manipulation.
Proven history of implementing and executing business ideasType a message
