Job Brief

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee and manage HVAC and refrigeration installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have expertise in chiller systems, VRF systems, cold room systems, or at least two of these specialized fields. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of cooling and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, servicing, and maintenance of chillers, VRF systems, and cold room systems.
• Conduct technical assessments, diagnostics, and repairs on assigned HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and field teams.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance skill development.
• Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory of spare parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Must have expertise in chillers, VRF systems, cold room systems, or at least two of these areas.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read system schematics & technical drawings.
• Experience with electrical controls, refrigerants, and mechanical components.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and HVAC software.
