Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various channels (phone, email, or chat).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and software.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
• Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices and usage of company products/services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
• Familiarity with remote support tools is a plus.
