Technical Sales Personnel at Flux Logistix

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation – Identify potential clients and businesses that can benefit from our energy solutions.
• Client visits – Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Sales conversion – Persuade and convert prospects into long-term clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Follow-up – Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
• Market research – Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
• Sales reporting – Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A strong technical background – Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.(Not compulsory)
• Sales-driven and proactive – Enjoys meeting people, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
