    Technical Sales Manager

    About the job

    • We are looking to hire a highly driven and result-oriented Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Ouranos Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling enterprise IT & IS solutions and a strong ability to drive business growth across the Financial Services Industry (FSI) & Public Sector.
    • This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or technology solution sales, along with a well-established network. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our existing market presence and deliver a value-driven technology solutions to strategic clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology sector, with a focus on value-driven engagement.
    • Design and deliver compelling value propositions that drive measurable impact and profitability for both Ouranos and its clients.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., Hit Rate, Call Rate, Cover Ratio) against organizational benchmarks to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
    • Build and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and OEMs.
    • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to foster retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical team to gain a thorough understanding of Ouranos' solutions and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
    • Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives.
    • Provide technical insight and consultative support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and informed client journey.
    • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and performance of the sales team.
    • Stay informed on emerging industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client demands to guide strategic sales planning.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of proven experience in technical sales within the tech/ICT industry
    • Strong grasp of current market trends and the evolving ICT landscape
    • Solid understanding of IT/IS products, infrastructure, and solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
    • A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to travel when required.
