Technical Sales Engineer at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Responsibilities:

• Identify sales leads and opportunities through in-depth knowledge of customer activities and plans.
• Communicate customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business system or processes.
• Apply technical knowledge of business unit products and services to customer needs and capture and qualify sales leads and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline for assigned customers.
• Plan customers’ calls and make regular visit to ensure appropriate and sufficient coverage and assigned customers.
• Maintain customer relationship management data including customer profiling, organization structure, visit reports, customer drivers, stakeholder mapping, and KPIs.
• Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plan for the promotion of existing products and services and the introduction of new products and services.

Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical / Petroleum / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience and involvement in tender commercial processes (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
• Good sales skills and business sense.
• Ability to build customer relationships easily.
• Presentation skills and ability to convey value and products, and services to the customers.
• Good technical knowledge of products and services, ability to listen to the customer’s desires and concerns, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
