Provide technical leadership and support in the design, implementation and evaluation of project components, including Health Financing, RMNCAH, Malaria, and GHSA
Work closely with the Chief of Party to ensure technical soundness of interventions and overall program success
Collaborate with the M&E team to design and implement systems for tracking and evaluating the progress of project interventions, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Ensure high-quality healthcare interventions, particularly in reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH)
Work closely with government counterparts, donors, and other partners to ensure effective coordination and implementation of project activities
Lead health systems strengthening efforts, focusing on quality improvement and service delivery
Ensure that all technical activities comply with donor requirements, including USAID, and contribute to the timely submission of high-quality reports
Represent the project and Sydani Group at key forums, advocating for project objectives and promoting best practices
