• Conduct data clean-up processes within spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support teams with data structuring, modeling, normalization, and repository management.
• Design and implement database solutions optimized for performance and scalability.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using tools like SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Translate data findings into business recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and security via access controls, encryption, and backup procedures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Develop custom queries, reports, and automation scripts.
• Provide technical support and training to data users, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Automate data workflows and optimize existing processes for efficiency aligned with business objectives.
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot inconsistencies across systems.
• Document methodologies, processes, and technical specifications.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data standards

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 2-5 years of demonstrable experience in data analysis or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data cleaning, structuring, and modeling.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics
• Understanding of business intelligence and KPI tracking
• Certification in data analytics or related tools is an advantage
