Description
- Our client requires suitable qualified, experienced and self-managed professional
- He/ She will ideally have an Engineering/Management background, with some experience in any of the above areas; in a technical/management training institution.
- The appointee will be responsible for matching facilitators to course content, working with facilitators to prepare/ modify course materials and ensure the smooth delivery and management of all training programs.
- Ideal candidates must have good experience in working with Facilitators and the Business Development Team in research and preparation of technical training proposals to meet client's requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 10 years working in facilitation
