We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Assistant to the CEO to provide executive, operational, and technical support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will support research, project coordination, reporting, and strategic execution of key business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the CEO in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Conduct research and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations
Assist in tracking and following up on strategic projects and tasks
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and executive communications
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (tech industry preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage
