Responsibilities.
Requirement gathering, Business requirement documentation, process flow and user journey documentation, user stories documentation
Ensuring the product is developed in accordance the specification and customer’s need, timing, and quality .
Management of the engineering development as a scrum master, managing the engineering prints from start to deployment.
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Helping the business owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead the QA and development teams in self-organization
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Help the engineering team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the business owner and provide education where needed
Lead the engineering team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Lead the QA and development teams in self-organization
Help the QA and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, software engineers, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
Prior experience on Banking and payment solutions and engineering
Prior experience on a scrum team
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
