    Tech Project Manager/ Scrum Master

    Responsibilities. 

    • Requirement  gathering, Business requirement documentation, process flow and  user journey documentation, user stories documentation 

    • Ensuring the product is developed in accordance the specification and customer’s need, timing, and quality . 

    • Management of the engineering development as a scrum master, managing the engineering prints from start to deployment. 

    • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices 

    • Helping the business owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction 

    • Lead the QA and development teams in self-organization 

    • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments 

    • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 

    • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur 

    • Help the engineering team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity 

    • Support the business owner and provide education where needed 

    • Lead the engineering  team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices 

    • Lead the QA and development teams in self-organization 

    • Help the QA and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 

    • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict 

    • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum 

    • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not 

    • Experience with successful Agile techniques 

    • Ability to work with and lead a team 

    • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills 

    • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments 

    • Help the QA and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 

    • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 

    • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. 

    • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 

    • Performing requirements analysis. 

    • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. 

    • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. 

    • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. 

    • Working closely with clients, software engineers, and managerial staff. 

    • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. 

    • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. 

    • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. 

    • Performing user acceptance testing. 

    • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. 

    • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. 

    • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. 

    • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. 

    • Managing competing resources and priorities. 

    • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. 

    Requirements: 

    • Prior experience  on Banking and payment solutions and  engineering  

    • Prior experience on a scrum team 

    • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict 

    • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum 

    • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not 

    • Experience with successful Agile techniques 

    • Ability to work with and lead a team 

    • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills 

    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment 

    • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
