About the job

• Training, motivating and development of team members.
• Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving set sales target.
• Mobilization and management of Alpha Sales Force Senior Advisors/Advisors.
• Monitor Senior Advisors/Advisors’ liaison with customers
• Identify viable sales strategies tbe implemented by Senior Advisors/Advisors.
• Ensure that Senior Advisors/Advisors capture complete and accurate information on the CRM database
• Manage and maintain weekly, monthly and all required sales reports.
• Identify trends in retail business and proactively advice Assistant Agency Manager on potential actions ttake.
• Identify and escalate actual and/or potential operational and administrative issues tthe Assistant Agency Manager’s attention.
• Assist in identifying required resources and personnel tachieve revenue budget of the group.
• Negotiate rates with underwriters
• Seek approval for accepting/processing transactions when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
• Strong leadership skills
