Team Lead-Sales at Rainoil Limited

Requirements

• BSc/OND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline is required
• Minimum of 9 years working experience in the Oil & Gas, or related industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferably in a Marketing/operations unit of an organization in the oil & gas industr

Responsibility

• Manage sales of petroleum products.
• Ensure excellent service delivery.
• Strategic planning and annual budgeting process
• Allocate resources as it relates to sales.
• Supervises activities of sales.
• Communicate performance target and monitor sales report.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate customers’ issues.
• Present regular reports on sales activities.
• Performs excellent customer service in all operations.
