Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos Island for a Team Lead Public Sector at Moneyfield Microfinance Bank.
• The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing public sector accounts, developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain public sector clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• The Team Lead will also handle relationship management, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience in Public Sector Account Management and Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
• Customer Service and Compliance Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos Island
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
