    Team Lead, Customer Service

    Job Description

    • To ensure effective monitoring of clients’ benefits applications and that all customers transactions are called over timely to detect or prevent any service exception.
    • To proactively resolve customer related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree Field of Study – General social science

    Experience

    • 3-4 Years’ experience in Business Support and Wealth Management functions
