Job Summary

• The Team Lead will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of the branch.
• This includes sales growth, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, staff supervision, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and customer acquisition across printing and media services
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure service excellence
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch staff performance
• Manage branch finances, job costing, and expense control
• Ensure quality control of all print and media jobs
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutions
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• 5–8 years’ experience in printing, media, advertising, sales, or service-based businesses
• Proven experience managing a branch, business unit, or operations team
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer management skills
• Good understanding of printing services, branding, or media operations (added advantage).
