JOB PURPOSE:

• We are looking for professional teachers to facilitate the learning and development of students in an educational setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with BSc. / HND in Education or related field of study.
• A master's degree or professional certification in education is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare lesson notes and teaching plans for the students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Assess and evaluate the student's academic performance through tests, assignments, classwork, and other assessment methods.
• Provide support and individualized attention to students who may require additional help.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the overall development of students.

• Excellent understanding of the subject matter and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Ability to be patient and understanding, especially when dealing with students facing academic or behavioral challenges.
• Ability to adjust teaching methods and strategies to accommodate the needs of different students.
• Must have a high level of organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
