Tax Manager at Vi-M Professional Solutions

Job Summary

• The Tax Manager will oversee and deliver tax advisory, compliance, and planning services for clients across multiple sectors.
• This role requires in-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and international tax frameworks, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate, indirect, and international tax engagements.
• Provide advisory on transfer pricing, digital service taxation, and cross-border tax structuring.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, and PIT returns.
• Interface with tax authorities on audits, reconciliations, and resolution of disputes.
• Support clients with tax technology solutions and compliance automation.
• Review tax computations and deliverables prepared by junior team members.
• Conduct internal and external tax trainings and updates.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Law, Taxation, or related field.
• ACA/ACCA or CITN certified.
• At least 5 years of hands-on tax consulting or compliance experience.
• Expert knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and awareness of international tax standards.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and advisory skills.
