The Talent Management Partner will be responsible for the design and effective execution of talent management programs across the group.
S/he with work with various stakeholders to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic HR projects in line with the organization’s objectives.
Drive change management campaigns across the organization.
Collaborate with HR Business partners and business leaders to deliver Talent Management and transformation programs across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Career Management, etc.
Manage HR communications campaigns.
Monitor the implementation of HR initiatives and measure milestones against approved
benchmarks.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry with quality experience across Talent management functions.
Proven experience in/knowledge of performance management, employee development, employee engagement, business partnering, and strategic projects delivery/management.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
