Oversee the entire operations of the Recruitment and Outsourcing Unit.
Develop and Implement strategies for effective resourcing that will ensure that Company’s clients have the required skills to meet current and future needs.
Ensure that all processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
Continually provide top class talent as outsourced staff to Company’s clients.
Facilitate the on-boarding and seamless integration of new staff into the system.
Established selection criteria/requirement for the vacant positions for all positions of Company’s clients.
Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).
Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.
Adopt direct resourcing approach (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals and Headhunting) towards recruitment process ensuring a cost effective and quality driven approach to candidate attraction.
Manage all Value Added Services for all accounts as well as the Management strategy for the year.
Ensure you develop strategy that will ensure the growth of Existing Outsourcing accounts by 50% each Quarter.
Ensure to liaise with all the Outsource clients on a periodic basis to ensure business retention and growth.
Provide HR advisory to your team members and clients when required.
Actively support account managers with interviews and selection process for clients.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for Quality, management, Health & Safety, Legal Requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Plan team members’ performance appraisal monthly and quarterly, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Payroll Administration for all Outsourced staff: assume ownership of managed accounts and ensure all outsourced staff salaries and benefits are paid on time and in line with agreements with clients.
Provide weekly and Monthly Reports of Activities of the Department to Management.
Continuously develop database for all job roles available in outsourcing and recruitment Projects.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience
